Privacy Policy
This policy covers ibeautydenver.com, the website of iBeauty, a permanent makeup studio run by Irina West at 8719 E Dry Creek Rd, Centennial, CO 80111.
The short version: this site has no forms, no accounts and no shopping cart. It never asks for your name, your email or your phone number, and nothing you do here is sold to anyone. What it does collect is ordinary visit analytics, set out below.
What this site collects directly
Nothing you type. There is no contact form and no login anywhere on ibeautydenver.com. If you email, call or text me, I hold that message the way any business holds its correspondence, and I use it to answer you and to arrange your appointment.
Analytics
I use Yandex Metrica to understand how people find the studio and which services they read about. It sets cookies in your browser and records:
- pages you open and how long you stay;
- the site or search that sent you here;
- your approximate location at city level, your device type and browser;
- a truncated IP address;
- a recording of mouse movement, scrolling and clicks during your visit — a feature called Webvisor. Because this site has no forms, that recording contains no text you have typed.
Yandex Metrica is operated by Yandex, and the data it gathers may be processed on servers outside the United States, including in Russia. If you would rather not be counted, the opt-out options are below.
Other services this page loads
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces you are reading. Loading them reveals your IP address to Google.
- Square runs the booking calendar. The Book buttons take you to Square’s own site, and anything you enter there — appointment details and card details included — is held by Square under their privacy policy, not by this site. I see the booking information Square shows me as the merchant.
- Links to Instagram, Facebook and Google are ordinary links. Nothing from those platforms is embedded in this page, so they learn nothing about you until you click through.
What I never do
I do not sell your personal data, I do not pass it to data brokers, and I do not build advertising profiles from it. There are no advertising pixels on this site.
Photographs of clients
The photographs here are of my own clients, published with their permission. If you are a client and want a photograph of you taken down, email me and I will remove it — no explanation needed, and it changes nothing about your care.
How to opt out
- Install the Yandex Metrica opt-out extension, which stops the counter on every site that uses it.
- Block or clear cookies for this site in your browser settings.
- Turn on your browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
- Browse in a private or incognito window.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to ibeautydenver@gmail.com and I will answer within 45 days. There is no charge, and asking changes nothing about how you are treated as a client.
Colorado residents hold these rights in statute under the Colorado Privacy Act, along with the right to opt out of targeted advertising and of the sale of personal data. As set out above, this site does neither.
Children
This site is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Permanent makeup is performed on adults only.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are noted on this page rather than made quietly.
